If you scored…

0-4 Nice! Your relationship with food is pretty darn good. You may have a few minor areas to fine-tune, but overall you’re a solid Intuitive Eater.

5-9 You eat intuitively most of the time, but there still may be a couple of lingering areas for you to work on that will help you more consistently listen in to what your body is telling you.

10-14 Food rules are probably a major part of your your thoughts and eating choices. You likely feel stressed about what, when, and how much to eat a lot of the time. You may rely on apps, calorie trackers, rules, and meal or diet plans to guide your eating or you may be eating often when not hungry. By working on becoming a more intuitive eater you can begin to listen IN to fine-tune the expert that is already within YOU; this makes it easier to stop the ‘head chatter’ that currently gets in the way of knowing what, when, and how much to eat.

 15-23 It looks like you may not have the best relationship with food and eating. The good news is, there’s a lot you can do to improve this. It is possible with practice to unlearn diet mentality and shift into a more intuitive way of eating.
